Introduction

Brunel is partnering with a global energy client to source a Project Coordinator to support strategic initiatives across Global Travel Solutions, with a strong initial focus on the Global Integrated Mobilisation Solutions (GIMS) program. This Perth-based position is offered on a 12-month contract basis and presents a rare opportunity to contribute to global workforce mobility operations in a highly visible project team.

About this role

  • Support the GIMS Program Manager and Stream Leads by ensuring alignment with program objectives
  • Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and capture key outcomes
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring milestones, deliverables and timelines are met
  • Facilitate communication across internal and external stakeholders and contractor teams
  • Identify project risks and propose effective mitigation strategies
  • Assist in resource planning and allocation to optimise productivity
  • Conduct quality reviews throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate multiple travel solutions projects simultaneously
  • Maintain visibility of key dependencies, track performance and resolve project issues proactively

Is this you?

  • Proven experience in project coordination, ideally within global programs or mobility/travel solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
  • Strong organisational and time management capabilities, with high attention to detail
  • Adept in Microsoft Project and project tracking tools (e.g. Gantt charts, dependency mapping)
  • Sound understanding of change management principles and practices
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across cross-functional teams
  • Adaptable and proactive with a problem-solving mindset
