Introduction

Overseas Sales for IDC (Data Center) solutions

What are you going to do

  • Drive market promotion, business development, and sales closing for modular data center total solutions and supporting engineering products (including micro-modules, UPS, precision air conditioning, power distribution cabinets, battery systems, BMS environment monitoring systems, etc.), and achieve the company's annual sales targets.
  • Maintain existing customer accounts assigned by the company, covering data center end users, carriers, internet giants, EPC contractors, system integrators, and design institutes. Independently develop new customers and business opportunities to expand regional and industry market share.
  • Take full ownership of the end-to-end sales process for data center engineering projects: including market intelligence gathering, customer requirement alignment, project pre-assessment, solution discussions, commercial negotiations, bid registration, bid follow-up, win confirmation, contract signing, internal project handover, progress tracking, and payment collection - ensuring full-cycle sales execution.
  • Build and sustain long-term customer relationships, track upcoming new-build, retrofit, and expansion needs for data center projects, proactively promote the company's standard products and custom modular engineering solutions, and deepen ongoing collaboration.
  • Regularly participate in industry exhibitions, technical seminars, summits, and other market events to expand professional networks, capture frontline market trends, industry policies, and competitor insights, and provide timely feedback to the company.
  • Maintain standardized sales project documentation, keep project progress and customer information up to date, prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and market analysis as required, and systematically organize sales data.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above; preference for majors in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience: 5+ years of sales or business development experience in data center infrastructure / IDC engineering. Candidates with proven project wins and successful contract closures are strongly preferred.
  • Industry Expertise: Solid knowledge of core modular data center products and technologies; deep understanding of IDC business models and full project operation cycles. Established customer relationships (end users, carriers, internet giants, EPCs, integrators, design institutes, etc.) are a significant plus.
  • Core Competencies: Excellent market development, commercial negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Strong team collaboration mindset, capable of effectively coordinating internal technical, engineering, and delivery teams to drive project implementation.
  • Language & Tools: Basic business English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, writing) for daily internal and external communication. Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CAD (viewing) and SAP systems is a plus.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to travel frequently on business nationwide, comfortable with the dynamic pace of project-based sales, and able to work under performance demans.
