Introduction

This position is well suited to someone who has progressed through the ranks as a Foreman or Site Supervisor and understands what it takes to run a site efficiently and deliver high quality outcomes.

What are you going to do

Oversee the delivery of commercial and infrastructure landscaping projects.
Coordinate site activities, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet targets.
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are maintained across all sites.
Provide accurate reporting and regular progress updates to senior management.
Support, mentor, and lead site teams to drive strong performance and project outcomes.

Essential skills and knowledge

Previous experience as a Project Manager, Foreman, or Site Manager within landscaping, civil, or construction.
Strong understanding of site operations, construction methodologies, and project delivery.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage subcontractors, suppliers, and multiple stakeholders.
Current driver's licence (company vehicle provided).
Must be an Australian or NZ citizen or a permanent resident.
