Join a leading civil contractor delivering high-impact subdivision projects across Brisbane. As Project Manager, you'll oversee end-to-end delivery-from planning and budgeting to execution and handover. Lead site teams, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure safety, quality, and timelines are met. Be part of shaping communities with precision, leadership, and a results-driven mindset.
What are you going to do
- Lead project planning and scheduling activities, ensuring alignment with scope and timelines
- Ensure full compliance with relevant legislation, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and report on financial performance, including monthly forecasting and budget assessments
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery
- Oversee coordination of staff, subcontractors, procurement, and equipment to meet project objectives
- Provide guidance, training, and performance management to team members, fostering a high-performing workforce
Essential skills and knowledge
- Experience managing civil subdivision projects
- Strong knowledge of earthworks, roads, drainage & utilities
- Skilled in planning, budgeting & team coordination
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management
- Safety-focused with relevant industry cards & licences
