Introduction

Due to long term project wins, they are expanding their team and seeking a Project Manager with a practical site background to deliver high quality projects.This Project Manager role is ideal for someone who has come up through the ranks as a Foreman or Site Manager and knows how to run a site efficiently.

What are you going to do

  • Oversee the delivery of commercial and infrastructure landscaping projects.
  • Coordinate site activities, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met across all sites.
  • Report project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Support and mentor site teams to drive performance and project outcomes

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Previous experience as a Project Manager, Foreman, or Site Manager within landscaping, civil, or construction.
  • Strong understanding of site operations and construction methodologies.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple stakeholders.
  • Current driver's licence (company vehicle provided)
  • Must be Australian / NZ citizen or permanent resident
