As ITSM Coordinator - Content Services, you will ensure Digital support service levels are met by managing a clear demand pipeline for managed service providers and aligning resources with operational needs. You will monitor service quality against KPIs, ensure production systems are effectively supported, and enforce proper handover processes for new systems.
The role involves driving continuous improvement initiatives across supported systems, engaging with stakeholders to understand and meet their needs, and managing expectations for service delivery and project outcomes. You will coordinate activities across multi-vendor IT operations, facilitate service improvement programs, and proactively address risks or issues that may impact performance. This position requires strong service management skills, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment.
You have at least six years' experience in IT service delivery or project coordination, ideally in M365 EDRMS environments. You possess strong skills in IT service management, change coordination, and working in multi-vendor IT operations. Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation abilities are essential, along with the capacity to manage competing priorities under pressure. A tertiary qualification in IT, Project Management, or equivalent is required, with relevant certifications highly regarded.
This is a 12-month contract role based in Perth offering hybrid work flexibility.
