Introduction

We're partnering with a Tier 1 mining client across multiple assets. This opportunity is ideal for a highly experienced Document Controller with a strong background in project documentation, version control, and stakeholder coordination, who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams.

What are you going to do 

Our leading mining client is seeking experienced and detail-oriented Document Controllers to join their team in Pinjarra.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic mining environment, ensuring critical documentation is accurately managed and maintained to support project and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, control, and maintain all project and operational documentation in line with company and regulatory standards
  • Coordinate document workflows and ensure timely distribution to relevant stakeholders
  • Maintain version control and ensure document accuracy and completeness
  • Support the project teams with document retrieval and audit preparations
  • Utilize document management systems effectively (e.g., SharePoint, Aconex, or equivalent)
  • Assist with compliance checks and archiving of documents
  • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other departments to facilitate smooth documentation processes

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Proven experience as a Document Controller, preferably in mining, construction, or engineering industries

  • Strong knowledge of document control procedures and standards

  • Proficiency with document management software and Microsoft Office suite

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Please note candidates must be located in Australia and have approriate work visa to be considered for this role
