Duration: 11 months (initial 5-month assignment with 6-month extension)

Schedule: Monday-Friday (45-50 hours/week expected)

Overview

We are seeking a Document Controller / Administrative Support professional to support a project site team in Nederland, TX. This role will be split between document control responsibilities (approximately 60%) and administrative support (approximately 40%), assisting the CSU (Commissioning & Start-Up) team.

What are you going to do

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain electronic document control records
  • Upload and track CSU check records within the company's construction management system (CMS)
  • Ensure documents are accurate, complete, and properly organized
  • Support the project team with document control processes
  • Provide general administrative support to the site team
  • Assist with office tasks and coordination as needed
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Essential skills and knowledge 

Required Qualifications

  • Approximately 8-10 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with electronic document control systems
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including:
  • Excel (most critical)
  • Word
  • Teams
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage workload effectively
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently
