Contract Specialist

We are seeking a Contract Specialist (QS) to join our team and provide commercial and contractual support for construction projects. This role focuses on quantity surveying, cost control, and contract administration, requiring independence in managing day-to-day contract matters while collaborating closely with senior management and project teams.
The Contract Specialist (QS) will be responsible for ensuring compliance with contract terms, managing variations and claims, and supporting cost and value management across multiple projects. Reporting relationships include functionally reporting to the Contracts Administration Department (CAD) and operationally reporting to the assigned Project Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Law, or related discipline- 6-9 years of experience in contracts administration and quantity surveying in construction or engineering projects
- Strong understanding of construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC, EPC, Design & Build)- Proficient in cost reporting, variations, and claims management
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with cost management software is a plus- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
