Introduction

On behalf of our client, Woodside Energy - a Global Energy Company, Brunel is presently recruiting a Carbon Land and Asset Advisor to provide operational, technical and administrative support to the Carbon Land & Asset Management Team. This will be a 12 month contract located in the Perth CBD.

What are you going to do

Woodside's Carbon Solutions function is comprised of several work groups that together seek to build a portfolio of carbon credits to meet Woodside's obligations and corporate net-zero targets.

  • Coordinate the execution of discrete capital projects across the portfolio of WA carbon farms
  • Develop and document a farming / grazing lease and licence process, including associated workflows and data
  • management requirements
  • Establish and maintain lease and licence records to support compliance, audit and reporting needs
  • Provide ongoing management of existing land leases and licences, including renewals, invoicing support and
  • record maintenance
  • Support preparation and maintenance of property familiarisation packs for multiple carbon properties
  • This is a Perth based role that will sometimes require travel to WA carbon farm sites located in regional WA

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Previous experience supporting land, property, agricultural, environmental or asset management activities
  • Experience coordinating contractors and site‑based works
  • Familiarity with rural or regional land assets is desirable
  • Valid WA Driver's Licence
  • Strong organisation and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently
  • Clear communication and stakeholder coordination
  • Competency in MS Office Suite and document management systems
  • Ability to work autonomously under direction
