What are you going to do

* Support construction activities from pre-construction through project close-out * Help manage day-to-day field operations and contractor activities
* Track construction progress, schedules, and milestones * Support outage planning and coordination with operations teams
* Assist with commissioning and turnover activities

Contractor & Subcontractor Coordination

* Help onboard subcontractors and suppliers * Review contractor qualification, safety, and compliance documents
* Support bid packages, estimates, and proposals * Track change orders, invoices, and contract documentation
* Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics


* Support and enforce company safety programs and site safety requirements * Participate in safety meetings, inspections, and reporting
* Help ensure work meets design, quality, and regulatory standards * Assist with job hazard analyses and corrective actions

Planning, Scheduling & Reporting

* Assist with project planning, scheduling, and cost tracking * Maintain project schedules, reports, and documentation
* Track risks, issues, and mitigation actions * Prepare project status updates for leadership and stakeholders


* Work closely with Construction Managers, Project Managers, and engineers * Coordinate between field teams, suppliers, and internal departments
* Support communication with clients and regulatory stakeholders

Project Types

* Utility and infrastructure projects * EPC and construction management projects

Essential skills and knowledge 

* Experience supporting construction or EPC projects * Familiarity with field operations, schedules, and contractor coordination
* Understanding of safety programs and construction best practices * Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
* Comfortable working on active construction sites

Work Environment

* Combination of office and field work * Regular travel to project sites as needed
* May support multiple projects at the same time
