What are you going to do

* Support construction projects from pre-construction through completion * Help manage daily construction activities in the field
* Track project schedules, budgets, and progress * Assist with resolving construction issues that impact cost or schedule
* Support commissioning and project close-out activities

Contractor & Field Coordination

* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams * Review contractor qualifications and safety documentation
* Support bid packages, proposals, and contract administration * Review change orders, invoices, and contractor performance
* Help manage material deliveries and site logistics

* Follow and enforce company safety programs and policies * Promote strong safety performance across all project teams
* Support job hazard analyses, inspections, and safety reporting * Ensure construction work meets design, quality, and regulatory requirements

Planning & Reporting

* Assist with project planning, scheduling, and cost tracking * Maintain project documentation and reporting
* Support progress updates and status reports for leadership * Help track risks, issues, and mitigation plans

* Work closely with project managers, engineers, and field staff * Support communication with clients and internal stakeholders
* Assist with coordination between engineering, procurement, and construction teams

Project Types

* Utility and infrastructure projects * EPC and construction management projects

Essential skills and knowledge

* Experience supporting construction or EPC projects. Transmission, Substation, Distrubution * Understanding of construction schedules, cost control, and field operations
* Familiarity with safety programs and construction best practices * Strong coordination, communication, and organization skills
* Comfortable working with contractors and field teams
