The role holder is responsible for training coordination, coordinating the assessment and management of training for potential partners as well as the assessment, treating and management of the vocation training students.
The role-holder also clarifies the overall demand of training in COMPANY and ensures compliance with established regulations.
What are you going to do
Coordinating the assessment of potential training candidates
Coordinating the managing of the vocational training
Alignment with internal and external partners
Communication and clarification of needs with business department.
Works in cooperation with Quality Assurance and Continual Improvement section on securing and maintaining the ISO / Risk Management / ISMS certification.
Carries out and ensures the compliance of all activities within the Department are in line with COMPANY health and safety regulations.
