Introduction
Logistics Coordinator (FOC & Site Facilities) for Restoration Project.
Support on-site project coordination between teams and contribute to the successful execution and timely completion of the project.
What are you going to do
Provides technical, administrative and coordination support to the Logistics Division Manager, and other team members, with regards to Offices and Temporary Support Facilities.
Interfaces with RLC and LNG on administrative and operational activities (e.g. permits, etc.) as required.
Coordinate with Logistics Division Manager for COMPANY Doha and project site staff mobilization plans and liaise with Project team to ensure timely site coverage. Including office allocation and pass.
Manage daily office operations and administrative activities; Maintain office policies, procedures, and records; Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and inventory management; Ensure office spaces are organized, well-maintained, and adequately stocked.
Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and facility-related services; Liaise with landlords, building management, and service providers.
Monitor office health, safety, and compliance requirements; Ensure meeting rooms and common areas are properly maintained.
Coordinate office vendors and service providers; Monitor vendor performance and contract compliance
Serve as the first point of contact for office-related employee requests.
Essential skills and knowledge
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Commercial, Marketing, Sciences, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Law, Communication, Technologies, Mathematics, and Statistics
8 years' experience in business related function or discipline, including 4 years in the Oil and Gas industry.
Robust administrative proven experience.
Good knowledge of Project Execution- a bonus
International experience, especially in Qatar or the Middle East, is preferred. Furthermore, ideal candidates will have experience working in RLIC and large-scale projects.
May hold a valid driving license.
Undertakes complex tasks and acts as a source of guidance for staff and internal customers. Is expected to handle all but the most complex problems and difficulties that might arise.
Good knowledge and use of MS office (Word, Excel)
Takes initiatives, based on experience gained, to deliver timely and cost-effective service.
Works independently within established procedures, plans and budgets and contributes to the development of these.
Has autonomy over scheduling and planning of own work; organizes efforts of work group to achieve overall efficiency.
