What are you going to do
We're seeking experienced Commercial Fit-Out Site Managers to join our team on a contract basis. With a strong pipeline of projects, we have day and night shifts available across a variety of commercial fit-out and refurbishment works.
As a site manager you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction project, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards and in compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols.

Effectively coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities, including managing subcontractors and trades.

Ensure adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Monitor and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance on-site
Essential skills and knowledgeÂ
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Valid QBCC Site Supervisor or Builder's Licence
- Trade-qualified background
- Proven experience in commercial construction and refurbishment
- Strong ability to coordinate and manage onsite trades
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Flexibility to work day or night shifts as required
- Contract lengths will vary depending on project scope
