• Choose methods and procedures, perform tasks efficiently, and optimize designs while adhering to international codes, industry standards, and regulations.
• Plan projects proactively and ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery while managing system interfaces seamlessly.
• Ensure the scope of work aligns with both contractual obligations and internal requirements.
• Apply lessons learned and assess the impact of changes across project boundaries.
• Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, and third parties in line with requirements.
• Take the lead on package engineering responsibilities, overseeing design, procurement, and manufacturing for assigned packages.
• Begin leading engineers on designated scopes and, as required, act as Discipline Lead for specific work areas.
