- Lead and coordinate Business Testing activities, including Integrated Testing Cycle (ITC), UAT CDR, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Hypercare activities.
- Develop, maintain, and execute testing strategies, plans, templates, guidelines, and governance processes.
- Coordinate testing activities across business functions, IT teams, functional pillars, and project workstreams.
- Define testing scope, acceptance criteria, schedules, and resource requirements.
- Manage end-to-end testing execution, including test preparation, test script coordination, progress tracking, defect management, and reporting.
- Drive collaboration between business and IT teams to ensure successful delivery of testing milestones.
- Monitor testing risks, issues, dependencies, and implement mitigation plans.
- Coordinate and facilitate end-to-end integrated testing activities and user acceptance testing.
- Ensure timely mobilization of testers and successful execution of testing plans across multiple locations and teams.
- Lead Hypercare planning, execution, stabilization, and governance activities following system go-live.
- Monitor and drive resolution of defects, change requests, and cross-functional issues during testing and Hypercare phases.
- Define and align Hypercare exit criteria with business and functional stakeholders.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, status reporting, and communication throughout testing and Hypercare phases.
- Maintain testing documentation, repositories, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
- Support successful go-live readiness and Agreement to Operate (ATO) requirements.
- Manage multiple testing and deployment activities concurrently across various assets and functional areas.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP deployment, ERP implementation, or large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Proven experience leading Business Testing, UAT, ITC, and Hypercare activities for SAP implementations.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA deployment methodologies, testing frameworks, and go-live support processes.
- Experience managing end-to-end testing lifecycle, including planning, execution, defect management, and test sign-off.
- Strong understanding of business process integration and enterprise-wide system implementations.
- Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global and matrix environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver results under pressure.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to drive outcomes without direct authority.
- Experience supporting global teams across multiple time zones.
- Previous experience with business processes or major SAP transformation programs is highly advantageous.
- Experience in change management, business readiness, and organizational transformation initiatives is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as required to support project deployment and testing activities.
