Punch Coordinator

Introduction
Review/Approve Punchlist activities and categories;
Liaise with Project Management Team to monitor Punchlist close out;
Liaise with Contractor as part of Project execution;
Prepare Completion related Punchlist reports;
Check readiness of Punchlist Documentation;
Coordinate for Punchlist walk-down at various stages of the Project;
Report to Manager as per project Organization chart;
Compliance in accordance with HSE Standard;
Champions on-site safety awareness and safe performance with contractor and among Project Team;
Lead DC, RFC, RFSU and PHA/HA dossier reviews for punch lists;
Establish summary reports to reflect the Punch list Systems Completion status;
Prepare and optimize readiness of Punchlist Documentation;
Reports to the Hand Over and completion Division Manager and his deputy on system completion Punch list daily activities and work progress;
Participate and provide inputs, resolutions on Completion coordination meetings;
Company Focal point of System/Subsystem Walkdowns;
Coordinate within Company organization for Punchlist walk-down at various stages of the Project.

The position is located at RLIC site and is responsible to review/approve Punchlist activities and categories.
Essential skills and knowledgeÂ
Bachelor of Science (or equivalent);
Minimum of Five (5) years’ experience in EPC/EPCC projects, in leading a Punchlist activity, with strong skills in;
