Essential skills and knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science or a related field.
- Ten (10) years' experience in a business environment with specific exposure in Business Analysis/Business Intelligence relating to Project Reporting systems for design and construction phases of major Engineering projects.
- 5 years in a senior position preferably in Oil and Gas organization.
- Good exposure of Project Management principles and practices.
- Detailed working knowledge of BPM techniques
- Related experience and exposure to ERP and Business Intelligence systems and tools.
- Problem solving and strong analytical skills.
- Demonstrates a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written, as well as good interpersonal, presentation and documentation skills.
- A proven self-starter and team player and be able to coordinate with other team members in completing assigned tasks.
- Innovative approach towards initiating improvements in the reporting structure, processes and system for Technical Directorate.
- Proficiency in using MS Office suite of applications.
