Introduction

On behalf of our client, Woodside Energy - a Global Energy Company, Brunel is presently sourcing a Coordinator to support the NWS Offshore Asset Leadership Team ensuring the efficient coordination of people, processes and logistics. This will be a casual contract role based at the Perth CBD office with possibly some travel to offshore assets.

What are you going to do

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the NWS Offshore Asset Leadership Team
  • Manage calendars, meetings, team communications, shared mailbox activities and the asset calendar
  • Coordinate team events, workshops, meetings, catering, and employee recognition activities
  • Process invoices, payments, purchase requisitions, purchase orders and service entries
  • Provide administrative support within SAP S/4HANA including data entry and work pack uploads
  • Support service provider onboarding and maintenance activities
  • Coordinate workforce travel, accommodation, mobilisation, training and related logistics
  • Support vendor onboarding requirements and compliance with business systems and processes
  • Assist with offshore personnel logistics and business process improvement initiatives

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Strong organisational, coordination and communication skills
  • Experience coordinating high-volume travel and workforce mobilisation
  • Previous experience in administration, travel coordination, or operations support
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Advanced MS Office 365 proficiency
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar enterprise systems
  • Exposure to Power BI, SharePoint and document management platform
  • Ability to meet offshore training and compliance requirements including travel to offshore assets if required
