Introduction
We are seeking an experienced Field Operator to support oil & gas operations in Big Lake, TX. This role is responsible for operating wells and equipment safely and efficiently while ensuring production targets are met and operational integrity is maintained.
What are you going to do
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Field Operator / Field Technician in oil & gas
- Proven experience in flowback operations
- Strong knowledge of:
- Well operations & production systems
- Pipeline operations
- Maintenance processes
- Familiarity with:
- Emergency shutdown systems (ESD)
- Safety and operational procedures
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Solid understanding of HSE practices and compliance
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize well performance
- Experience with operational reporting and shift handovers
- Knowledge of emergency preparedness and response procedures
- Experience supporting well intervention (Wellwork) operations
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
- Familiarity with production reporting systems

- Must be comfortable working in field environments and rotational schedules (14/14)
