What are you going to do
- Manage the design process across all project phases - from concept to completion
- Coordinate design consultants, authorities, and internal stakeholders
- Review drawings and documentation to ensure design intent and constructability
- Lead design meetings, monitor progress, and resolve design challenges proactively
- Drive innovation and practical design solutions to achieve best project outcomes
Essential skills and knowledgeÂ
- Design Coordinator in the Construction space OR architectual consultancy background wanting to move into contractor side
- Background in large-scale multi-residential apartments and mixed-use developments
- Completed complex high-rise projects over $50 million
- Strong understanding of construction methodology and buildability principles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
