As a Supply Chain Cost & Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in developing long-term cost strategies while ensuring accurate financial reporting and cost control. You will work at the intersection of Finance and Supply Chain, providing valuable insights that directly support business decisions and operational excellence.

What are you going to do

  • Support the development and governance of the long-term Supply Chain Management cost roadmap towards 2030.
  • Contribute to strategic cost planning by translating business objectives into actionable financial plans.
  • Monitor progress against cost targets and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Drive Cost Control & Financial Planning

  • Perform cost control activities to ensure financial transparency across Supply Chain operations.
  • Develop cost forecasts and scenario models to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Analyze financial performance and identify risks, trends, and optimization opportunities.
  • Deliver accurate, consistent, and timely financial reporting.

  • Develop and improve reporting dashboards and analytical tools using solutions such as Power BI and Spotfire.
  • Transform complex datasets into clear management insights and performance reports.
  • Continuously improve reporting processes to increase efficiency and data quality.

Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the financial link between Finance and Supply Chain stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment between operational activities and financial objectives.
  • Challenge existing processes and proactively drive improvements across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, or a comparable analytical role.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, supply chain operations, and cost management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Spotfire, or similar reporting and analytics tools.
  • Experience with forecasting, financial modelling, and data analysis.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
