What are you going to do
- Relevant engineering degree (Civil or equivalent).
- Proven track record with reputable contractors or consultants in the UAE/Dubai market.
- Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred.
Essential skills and knowledge
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager in road infrastructure projects.
- Minimum 8 years of total work experience in the UAE. good experience for water with Scada and Shutdown，NDRC, Stormwater, Etisalat and Road Works.
- Strong site management capabilities, including safety, quality control, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
- Preferred additional qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with earthworks, asphalt paving, utilities diversions, and traffic management.
- Ability to lead large, multinational site teams.
- Proactive problem solving and decision making under pressure.
