In this role, you take the lead in transforming how a global B2B organization leverages CRM, data and AI to accelerate growth. You'll own the commercial tech & analytics agenda and directly influence performance, efficiency and decision-making.

What are you going to do

  • You take full ownership of the CRM ecosystem (Salesforce), improving adoption, data quality, processes and overall user experience.
  • You define and execute a commercial data strategy, translating business needs into dashboards, insights and data-driven decision making.
  • You drive AI and digital adoption, identifying use cases and increasing productivity across commercial teams.
  • You act as the key link between Commercial, Marketing and IT, aligning systems, data and processes to improve funnel performance and business development effectiveness.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Data, or a related field.
  • At least 10-12 years of experience in commercial operations, CRM, digital transformation or analytics within a B2B environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and data/analytics tools.
  • Proven experience in digital transformation, data-driven decision making and AI adoption.
  • Stakeholder management and change management experience.
  • Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus, not mandatory).

What we offer

  • Salary up to €7.000- based on experience.
  • A temporary contract of 6 months, with the possibility to extend by another 3-6 months.
  • A full-time position (38 hours per week).
  • A hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
  • This position is not suitable for freelance.
