Our Purpose

At Brunel, we take our responsibility toward society and the environment seriously. Having a passion for people and caring for the environment is not only part of Brunel’s DNA but is also
reflected in our culture and values. We aim to contribute with our actions to a healthier planet and a better future for generations to come.

With these goals in mind, Brunel's executive leadership takes on responsibility for implementing our environmental policy and the resulting environmental program as a plan of action. Similarly, our leadership team assumes the obligation to continuously improve the environmental management system.

Our Commitment

As a global company, we have defined key commitments across our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy and have committed to reduce our own footprint, and offsetting the
remainder. Within the scope of our services and product developments, we strive to protect the environment in line with the current
valid national and international standards and legal regulations as well as with other relevant requirements, such as those of our clients.

This perspective is of particular importance to us when modifying existing and designing new processes as well as when selecting the right materials and procedures. As far as possible, we adopt the same approach in our customer projects, considering the environmental relevance of all developments around our customers.

Our CultureĀ

The motivation of all our employees to take environmental concerns into account in their areas of activity and to incorporate them positively is of crucial importance to us. Initiatives like our Brunel Trash N Trace Challenge help encourage our employees to actively participate in protecting the environment. We inform our employees about environmental aspects through our proven internal communication tools and channels. Our environmental policy and programs are communicated to all levels and functions. Where necessary, the implementation of the goals is incorporated into procedural instructions. We focus on the careful use of resources (materials, air, water and energy) to avoid emissions wherever possible.

Establishing a durable balance between the planet, its people and our profit is what sustainability means to us.
