In 2025, Brunel Americas strengthened our presence across the United States, Brazil, Canada, Suriname, and Guyana, delivering specialized workforce solutions while investing in communities and future talent. From new offices and vertical expansion to award-winning diversity initiatives, the year reflected our commitment to supporting complex projects across energy, infrastructure, and industrial markets.
Brunel United States was a key driver of growth in 2025, introducing the Power Generation vertical, a strategic move that expanded our capabilities in energy workforce solutions and strengthened support for clients navigating the energy transition. This new vertical reflects Brunel’s commitment to innovation and adaptability in a rapidly evolving market.

VP of Brunel USA
Beyond structural growth, the U.S. team focused on operational excellence and technology-driven improvements. By aligning talent strategies with revenue goals and leveraging responsible AI for sourcing, screening, and forecasting, Brunel delivered higher-quality hires faster and empowered sales teams to win with greater confidence. Rigorous process improvements streamlined sourcing, accelerated onboarding, and reduced time-to-market, ensuring clients received top-tier talent efficiently. Strategic foresight through proactive talent mapping and competitive intelligence positioned Brunel as a trusted partner for complex projects.
Community engagement remained central to our mission. The team actively supported organizations such as Kids’ Meals, participated in the Lupus Walk, March for Dimes, and provided ongoing assistance to Avondale House through events like Bingo Bash. These initiatives underscore Brunel’s belief that sustainable growth goes hand in hand with social responsibility.
Brunel Brazil marked a significant year of momentum with the opening of Brunel’s São Paulo office, strengthening local delivery and client support in one of the region’s most dynamic markets.
Throughout the year, teams hosted and participated in multiple client events, deepening partnerships across key industries. Brunel Brazil was also proud to receive the Dutcham Award for its Young Apprentice DIB initiative, recognizing excellence in diversity, inclusion, and early-career talent development.
