Procurement Manager
Job Description:Lead procurement activities for offshore and onshore oil & gas and petrochemical EPCC/EPC/EPCI projects. Ensure timely and compliant delivery of critical packages, coordinate with engineering, quality, logistics, and inspection teams, and align with international standards and client expectations.Key Responsibilities: Manage procurement of specialised packages for offshore fixed platforms and petrochemical projects (e.g., topside modules, subsea equipment, jackets, mooring systems, E&I systems, HVAC, fire & safety, structural steel, piping, coating, insulation). Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets. Coordinate with engineering, quality, logistics, and safety teams for technical compliance and on-time delivery. Liaise with vendors and third-party inspection agencies for quality assurance and expediting. Ensure adherence to international standards (API, ISO, DNV, ABS, etc.). Utilise ERP systems (SAP, Maximo, PDMS, CCMS, Excel) for procurement tracking and reporting. Prepare and maintain procurement documentation (RFQs, bid evaluations, PO issuance, delivery schedules, expediting reports). Support project execution teams in resolving procurement-related issues.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Minimum 10 years’ experience in procurement/project management within oil & gas, with offshore project exposure. Experience in procurement and contract management, vendor/supplier management, expediting, and delivery assurance. Strong command of ERP tools (SAP, Maximo, PDMS, CCMS, Excel). Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills. Strong documentation, reporting, and analytical capabilities. Safety and quality-focused mindset.
