What are you going to do 

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of a greenfield IT system implementation

  • Establish project governance including delivery plan, RAID logs, RACI and reporting packs

  • Manage scope, schedule, cost, risk and quality

  • Drive Agile delivery practices and conduct Agile workshops

  • Lead a cross-functional team of developers, testers, analysts and designers

  • Work closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders

  • Identify and mitigate risks and manage system dependencies

  • Oversee release planning, cutover and rollback activities

  • Ensure compliance with ITGC controls framework

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience leading complex IT projects end-to-end

  • Proven experience delivering greenfield or major system replacement projects

  • Strong knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks

  • Experience conducting Agile workshops (mandatory)

  • Solid governance experience (RAID logs, steering reports, RACI, project controls)

  • Experience working with Product Owners in an Agile environment

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Knowledge of ITGC controls framework

  • Agile certification (Certified Scrum Master, Product Owner, SAFe or equivalent)

  • PMP / PRINCE2 Practitioner / MSP (or equivalent) certification

  • Change management certification or experience (e.g. Prosci)

  • Experience in commodities, LNG or trading environments is an advantage

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
