- Develop and grow sales across Singapore and the broader SEA region.
- Conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and technical consultations.
- Provide onsite support and advice for industrial surface preparation processes.
- Build and manage relationships with distributors, contractors, and end‑users.
- Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion strategies.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and technical sessions.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial, coatings, anti‑corrosion, surface preparation, blasting, or engineering sectors.
- Regional sales experience in Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines) is strongly preferred.
- Strong technical understanding of surface preparation, abrasive blasting, coatings application, or similar processes.
- NACE/AMPP or FROSIO certification is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client‑engagement skills.
- Self‑driven, independent, and capable of managing multiple accounts and travel schedules.
- Strong problem‑solving ability with the capacity to provide technical recommendations.
- Willingness to travel 7–8 days per month for regional client engagements.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, technically oriented sales environment.
