Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across a range of technical, operational, and corporate roles. This position will partner closely with hiring managers to deliver effective recruitment outcomes and ensure business-critical roles are filled with high-quality talent.
This is a Perth-based rolling contract role supporting ongoing hiring requirements.
Manage full end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple disciplines including operations, engineering, maintenance, technical, and corporate roles
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop recruitment strategies
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, direct sourcing, and talent pooling
Conduct candidate screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination
Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and recruitment advice to stakeholders
Manage recruitment campaigns and maintain active talent pipelines
Coordinate offer management, reference checks, and onboarding
Maintain accurate recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation
Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes
