Introduction

This position suits someone who has taken at least one major project from start to finish and enjoys being hands on across all stages of delivery. You'll be responsible for the end to end delivery of a $100m + mixed-use residential project in Sydney. Working closely with senior leadership, consultants, and site teams, you'll manage programme, cost, quality, and risk while maintaining a strong on-site presence.

About this role

  • Manage projects from early works through to completion
  • Control programme, budget, and risk
  • Lead consultant coordination and subcontractor engagement
  • Work closely with Site Managers to drive site outcomes
  • Maintain clear reporting and stakeholder communication

Is this you?

  • Experience on $100m+ Class 2 or mixed-use developments
  • Builder or builder/developer background
  • Commercially astute and well presented
  • Must be an Australian or NZ Citizen or Permanant Residant of Australia
