Introduction

Brunel has exclusively partnered with a global engineering organisation to source an experienced Sales Manager, Pacific (Aftermarket) to drive growth across Australia, New Zealand, New Caledonia, and Tasmania.

This senior role will lead regional sales strategies, develop channel partners, and strengthen client relationships to deliver exceptional value and performance. You'll also act as Site Leader for Australia, supporting office operations and engagement activities to foster a high-performing, collaborative culture.

About this role

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve regional booking targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
  • Identify growth opportunities through market intelligence and customer insights
  • Lead commercial negotiations and manage proposal strategy with cross-functional teams
  • Oversee local office operations, ensuring compliance, safety, and engagement excellence

Is this you?

  • Degree-qualified in Mechanical, Chemical, or Instrumentation Engineering (or equivalent experience in technical sales)
  • Demonstrable experience in control valves, chokes, HIPPS, or Oil & Gas
  • Proven sales leadership with strong client relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication, commercial, and negotiation capabilities
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 50%)
