- Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and resources to achieve key outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, quality standards, and company policies.
- Mentor and develop junior staff while fostering a positive team culture.
Is this you?
- Proven experience 5+ years as a Project Manager in the commercial construction sector.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contract management, and project delivery.
- Benefit if you have come from estimating or a contract administrator background and worked your way up.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- White Card and relevant construction or project management qualifications.
