About this role

  • Lead and oversee the delivery of commercial construction projects.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and resources to achieve key outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff while fostering a positive team culture.

Is this you?

  • Proven experience 5+ years as a Project Manager in the commercial construction sector.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contract management, and project delivery.
  • Benefit if you have come from estimating or a contract administrator background and worked your way up.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • White Card and relevant construction or project management qualifications.
