About this role

The Project Lead must possess strong expertise in Agile methodologies and SCRUM practices, effectively applying these principles to drive project success. They will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management to deliver on organizational objectives, while promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will combine exceptional project management expertise with strong leadership skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, resource allocation, and budget.
  • Oversee project execution, tracking progress, and ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project goals, updates, risks, and changes.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and build strong, collaborative relationships.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Proactively address issues and roadblocks to minimize impact on project deliverables.
  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary project team, ensuring alignment with project objectives and delivery of assigned activities.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, encouraging innovation and accountability.
  • Monitor and report on project performance, preparing detailed status updates and project reviews.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and stored appropriately.

Is this you?

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience managing complex, high-stakes projects across multiple domains.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.
  • Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A PMP/Prince2 certification is highly desirable.
  • Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
  • Proficient in using project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, or equivalent.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
