About this role
- Manage the full lifecycle of civil subdivision projects (bulk earthworks, roads, drainage, sewer, water reticulation, etc.)
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Liaise with developers, councils, engineers, and service authorities
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality assurance
- Lead project meetings and ensure strong communication across all stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
- Identify and manage project risks and issues
Is this you?
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil construction, specifically subdivisions
- Solid understanding of local council and authority requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of civil works (earthworks, roads, services)
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Proficient with project management tools and software
- Current driver's licence and construction white card
