Key Responsibilities

  • As a critical member of the project team, your responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive contracting strategies that align with the overarching goals of the project. You will identify key priorities and create robust frameworks to ensure smooth execution.
  • Managing the entire lifecycle of contractor engagement, from the initial tendering process through to contract close-out. Your role will involve ensuring compliance, efficiency, and quality across all stages.
  • Performing a wide array of contract management activities, including the assessment of claims and resolving disputes. Your ability to navigate complex situations and achieve favorable outcomes will be invaluable.
  • Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external contracting partners to foster synergy, promote transparency, and drive value within the project.
  • Building and maintaining proactive, values-driven relationships across diverse project teams. Your interpersonal skills will be essential in cultivating a culture of trust and teamwork.

Is this you?

  • Demonstrated experience in managing high-value capital contracts from inception to completion, with a focus on delivering optimal outcomes.
  • Strong capabilities in drafting, evaluating, and negotiating contracts. Your ability to secure agreements that align with project objectives will be a significant asset.
  • Expertise in assessing claims and resolving disputes with a focus on achieving commercially sound outcomes. Your analytical skills will help mitigate risks and safeguard project interests.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build productive and cooperative relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Your ability to navigate diverse perspectives will be key.
  • A proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage competing demands in a dynamic and often high-pressure environment.
  • A solutions-focused mindset with strong commercial acumen to address challenges creatively and strategically. Your insights will contribute to the overall success of the project.
