Introduction

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Wells Site Supervisor to join their team in Chinchilla, QLD.

The Wells Site Supervisor CWI will support safe contractor onboarding, start-up and SIMOPS across three well pads. Scope includes hydraulic stimulation, coiled tubing mill-out, clean-out, well testing, velocity string installation, and downhole gauges.

About this role

  • Onsite supervision of multistage hydraulic stimulation, coiled tubing, wireline, and flowback/well testing operations.
  • Understand and disseminate the intended business objective for each stage of the operation to the full execution team, including all third-party contractors. Issue pertinent instructions in writing where appropriate.
  • Coordinate all execution parties and resources (work units, specialists, third-parties, logistics, etc) and relevant systems (land access, custody transfer, permit to work) via clear and consistent communication to ensure alignment, efficient mobilization, execution, and demobilization within fatigue management policy.
  • Quality Assure and Quality Control (QA/QC) the overall operation, including equipment, personnel, procedures, execution, and reporting to ensure business objectives are met.

Is this you?

  • Wellsite supervisory experience with hydraulic stimulation, coiled tubing and/or well testing
  • Well Interventions IWCF Level 4 including Coiled Tubing and Wireline electives at a minimum
  • Candidates must be prepared to work nights and day shifts
  • Only candidates with Australian Working Rights will be considered
