Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the onsite delivery of complex commercial and industrial projects across South East Queensland. These projects demand strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to drive outcomes through structured planning and decisive action.

As Site Manager, you'll be responsible for all aspects of site performance, including safety, program, quality, and subcontractor management. You'll be trusted to run the site with autonomy, backed by a collaborative project team that values open communication and professionalism.

About this role

  • Lead site operations from commencement through to completion on projects $10M-$30M+.

  • Maintain and enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards at all times.

  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to deliver program milestones.

  • Monitor budgets, forecasts, and progress to ensure efficient delivery.

  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to site staff and emerging supervisors.

  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through transparent communication.

Is this you?

  • Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager on large-scale commercial or industrial projects.

  • Proven ability to manage programs, subcontractors, and site teams effectively.

  • Strong technical knowledge of construction sequencing and quality standards.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Commitment to building a safe, high-performance site culture
