About this role
- Manage the full lifecycle of projects, from planning through to handover.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and reporting.
- Oversee subcontractor performance, procurement, and quality assurance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify risks and drive practical, cost-effective solutions.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and safety-focused site culture.
- Experience with commercial projects up to $15 million.
Is this you?
- 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager or similar role in commercial construction.
- Proven track record delivering commercial projects (education, childcare, commercial).
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of project financials.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or Engineering.
