This position is well suited to someone who has progressed through the ranks as a Foreman or Site Supervisor and understands what it takes to run a site efficiently and deliver high quality outcomes.
About this role
- Oversee the delivery of commercial and infrastructure landscaping projects.
- Coordinate site activities, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet targets.
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are maintained across all sites.
- Provide accurate reporting and regular progress updates to senior management.
- Support, mentor, and lead site teams to drive strong performance and project outcomes.
Is this you?
- Previous experience as a Project Manager, Foreman, or Site Manager within landscaping, civil, or construction.
- Strong understanding of site operations, construction methodologies, and project delivery.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage subcontractors, suppliers, and multiple stakeholders.
- Current driver's licence (company vehicle provided).
- Must be an Australian or NZ citizen or a permanent resident.
