Introduction

Ideal for an engineer who wants hands on exposure across site delivery, coordination, and commercial support on projects of varying size and complexity. You'll support the delivery of piling and ground improvement works on multiple projects, working closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, clients, and subcontractors. Projects range from smaller specialist packages through to major works on large construction sites.

About this role

  • Assist with planning and delivery of piling works on site
  • Coordinate labour, plant, materials, and subcontractors
  • Liaise with builders, consultants, and internal teams
  • Track programme, variations, and site progress
  • Support QA, safety, and project documentation

Is this you?

  • Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or similar
  • Experience in piling, foundations, or civil construction preferred
  • Comfortable working on site and solving problems as they arise
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Keen to build long-term experience in specialist contracting
