As a Project Manager, you'll take full ownership of delivering multi‑stage subdivision and land development projects across Queensland's fastest‑growing regions. You'll lead project planning, execution, and delivery while working closely with site teams, subcontractors, clients, and consultants to ensure every stage runs smoothly, safely, and profitably.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver multi‑stage subdivision projects from planning to handover
  • Manage programs, budgets, and construction methodologies
  • Lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, councils, and consultants
  • Oversee safety, quality, and compliance across all works
  • Review designs, approvals, and technical documentation
  • Monitor progress, resolve issues, and keep projects on track
  • Prepare reports, forecasts, and project documentation

Is this you?

Key Requirements :

  • Proven experience delivering civil subdivision or land development projects
  • Strong understanding of earthworks, services, roads, drainage, and bulk civil construction
  • Ability to manage programs, budgets, subcontractors, and site teams
  • Solid commercial acumen with experience in cost control and variations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance
  • Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to make confident decisions
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or similar
  • Willingness to relocate to Queensland for a long‑term career move
