About this role

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for piling and ground-engineering works
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, and reporting
  • Oversee on-site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards are met
  • Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, engineers, and stakeholders
  • Provide technical guidance and support to operational teams
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth project progression
  • Foster a collaborative culture focused on safety, performance, and continuous improvement

Is this you?

  • Proven experience managing piling, ground improvement, or geotechnical projects
  • Strong understanding of design, construction methodologies, and geotechnical principles
  • Demonstrated capability in project planning, cost control, and contract administration
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Ability to drive results in fast-paced and technically demanding environments
  • Relevant engineering or construction qualifications
