Introduction

On behalf of our client, a World Leading Energy Company, Brunel is presently sourcing an experienced Injury Management & Workers' Compensation Specialist to support end-to-end injury case management, return to work coordination and Workers' Compensation processes across a large operational workforce environment.

About this role

  • This position will suit a proactive professional with strong stakeholder engagement skills and a genuine
  • commitment to supporting safe and sustained return to work outcomes
  • Manage work-related injury cases end-to-end, ensuring timely return to work outcomes
  • Develop and coordinate rehabilitation and recovery plans with workers, medical providers and insurers
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on early intervention and recovery pathways
  • Support claims strategy, reporting and compliance under WA Workers' Compensation legislation
  • Partner closely with EHS, HR and operational leaders to embed consistent practices
  • Identify injury trends and contribute to continuous improvement across injury prevention and wellbeing programs

Is this you?

  • Experience in injury management, workers compensation and return to work coordination
  • Background in allied health, vocational rehabilitation, occupational rehabilitation or case management
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to support both frontline and corporate stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of WA Workers' Compensation legislation
  • Organised, empathetic and confident in managing multiple cases simultaneously
