About this role

This role begins with the delivery of a $15 million project, followed by an exciting new $50 million project about to commence.

  • Administering contracts in accordance with legal and project requirements
  • Provide support across tender submissions and pre-construction activities as required
  • Manage progress claims, invoices, and financial reports to ensure projects remain on budget and schedule
  • Monitor budgets and implement cost control measures to drive financial accuracy and project efficiency
  • Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders
  • Ensuring contract compliance while maintaining project schedules

Is this you?

  • 3+ years' experience in a Contracts Administrator role within commercial construction
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen for managing complex projects
  • Proficiency in Jobpac or similar project management software (a plus)
  • A client-focused mindset and dedication to achieving top-quality outcomes
