Introduction
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Manager to join their team in Perth to assist with an adjacent growth project within the critical minerals industry. This is an initial 6 month contract with a view to extend.
About this role
- Shape and implement the project's commercial framework, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Lead negotiations and oversee key supplier, contractor, and partnership agreements.
- Provide financial oversight, including budget tracking, forecasting, and value optimization.
- Act as a central commercial interface across technical, financial, legal, and external stakeholders.
- Deliver insights and recommendations to executive leadership, supporting investment decisions and governance
Is this you?
- Background in guiding major resource or infrastructure projects through pre-FID to execution.
- Strong record in structuring and finalising complex contracts, including EPC/EPCM or supply agreements.
- Experience in developing commercial strategies for specialty resources, minerals, or adjacent commodities.
- Skilled in financial analysis, risk allocation, and project economics to support business cases.
- Proven ability to engage with senior decision-makers, external partners, and regulatory stakeholders.
