System Verification Engineer (Shipbuilding)

In this role, you won't just work on advanced naval systems-you'll help shape the future of maritime defense. As a Systems Verification Engineer, you'll be key in ensuring complex systems meet the highest standards within a high-profile international defense project.
As a Systems Verification Engineer in the Verification, Validation & Acceptance (VV&A) team, you will:
Define system requirements and translate overarching design rules into specific, testable engineering objectives.
Develop and maintain the Verification Cross Reference Matrix (VCRM), ensuring complete traceability from proposal to final system acceptance.
Create and manage Verification Cases (VeCs) and Test Cases (TeCs), guiding the execution of physical and functional testing.
Ensure regulatory compliance, providing documented proof of system conformance to specifications.
Engage with stakeholders to align system specifications and drive the progressive acceptance of naval systems.
You bring structure, clarity, and a passion for engineering precision. You're a strong communicator who thrives in complex, collaborative project environments. In addition, you have:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or similar).
Experience in system design and engineering of high-tech, complex products.
Proficiency in Systems Engineering, Configuration Management, and Requirements Management.
Familiarity with VV&A processes and class-regulated or defense-related products.
Fluent English skills (spoken and written); Dutch or German is a plus.
A record of strong professional references.

A competitive gross monthly salary between €4500 and €6000 (based on experience) plus 8% holiday pay.
