Job Summary

We are seeking a Work Management Support Specialist to provide both field and office support, ensuring effective coordination, planning, and execution of activities within our Work Management System (WMS). In this role, you will collaborate closely with First Line and Second Line Supervisors to maintain alignment, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency across daily activities.

Primary Responsibilities

Support field and office teams with Work Management processes and tools.
Align daily priorities and work activities with First Line and Second Line Supervisors.
Maintain accurate updates and documentation within the Work Management System (WMS).
Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordination of work orders.
Provide administrative and technical support to ensure compliance with internal procedures.
Communicate effectively with operations, maintenance, and safety teams to drive task execution.
Troubleshoot basic issues related to SAP or WMS entries.
Help optimize workflow efficiency by identifying process gaps and recommending improvements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Proficiency in general office systems, SAP, and Work Management Systems (WMS).
Foundational understanding of Oil & Gas industry operations.
Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment with multiple stakeholders.

Essential skills and knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

Prior oilfield or industrial safety experience.
Previous experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or work coordination.
Familiarity with asset management systems and operational workflows.
