Werfleider Mechanica:

Als Werfleider Mechanica ben jij de schakel tussen techniek, veiligheid en uitvoering op de site van onze klant. Met jouw ervaring en kennis zorg je voor een vlotte en veilige realisatie van mechanische installatiewerken in een complexe chemische omgeving.

What are you going to do

In deze rol sta je voor:

Coördinatie en opvolging van installatie- en constructiewerken (vaten, tanks, leidingenwerk).
Opstellen en beheren van werkvergunningen en technische documentatie.
Aansturen en opvolgen van techniekers en externe leveranciers op de werf.
Toezien op veiligheid en correcte materiaalkeuze volgens chemische normen.
Dagelijkse aanwezigheid op het terrein (70% à 80% fieldwerk).

Essential skills and knowledge

Hard skills

Minstens 7 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie, bij voorkeur in de chemische sector.
Sterke kennis van mechanische installaties en leidingsystemen.
Ervaring met het opstellen van werkvergunningen en technische documentatie.
Materiaalkennis en het maken van de juiste materiaalkeuzes.
Vereist diploma: Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring

Soft skills

Praktisch ingesteld met een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
Veiligheidsbewust en nauwkeurig.
Leiderschap en communicatievaardigheden.
